Registration Flow for TIME Fibre

1. Customer have to download and print out the application form from TIME portal. 2. Kindly download the application form as shown below by clicking "Print 1 Set" button. FTTO Form - TIME Fibre Business Internet FTTH Form - TIME Fibre Home Broadband After filling up all information, Customer are required to fill in this form and upload all supporting documents. Supporting documents required for TIME Fibre Home Broadband: Application form with customer signature  [ Can print out to fill in then scan by scanner or take photo (but must very clear) --> then upload] A clear photocopy IC of customer for Malaysian A clear photocopy passport for foreigner Supporting documents required for TIME Fibre Business Internet: Application form with company stamp and director signature Company Registration form (form 9 /SSM) A clear photocopy IC of director Your order will be rejected if you fail to provide both documents. For foreigners, RM500 of deposit will be included in the first bill and please make sure that the signature in both the application form is the same as the signature in the passport.
