1	Batal	Order/Account Cancelled.
2	Gantung	Pending order at TM. Need to verify with TM PTT and request TM to push order back to Peringkat Awal at CASS system.
3	ICP Incomplete Information	1)Streamyx is currently unavailable. Please advise the customer to order telephony first. 2)Wrong or lack of complete information.
4	ICP Problem	Error 1 : Address not match with ICP system. Error 2 : Order unserved with ICP system. Error 3 : Others error.
5	Incomplete Information	Kindly provide full customer's details. Incomplete customer's information will delayed the registration.
6	Kaji Siasat	Applicant address not found or not matched with TM system. TM need to investigate the telephone port for the given address.
7	Lengkap Siap	Account Activated
8	Not Yet Register	Already key into our system, waiting to key into MIPS.
9	On Hold	Customer requested on hold; or order suspected fraud; or other reason.
10	Pending	Already Registered in MIPS but waiting for TM processor to register in CASS
11	Pending Order	There is another pending order created under the same NRIC/BR/Passport Number. Only ONE order is allowed if the previous order is pending for the same NRIC/BR/Passport Number.
12	Peringkat Awal	Reistration successfully done, waiting for activation and installation.
13	Processed	Telephone order registered in TM MIPS system and waiting TM staff to registered in TM CASS system.
14	Rejected	Telephone order being rejected due to : 1)Final account (blacked listed address / applicant IC); 2)Wrong information (address / customer's details); 3)Order already processed by others
15	Tolak	Telephone order has being on-hold due to : 1)Unable to contact customer for installation; 2)Wrong/different installation address keyed in TM system; 3)Customer canceled/rejected the telephone order.
16	Tunggu	Application under waiting list, no free telephone port available, need to wait until TM build new port.
17	Unable to Register - Registered by Other Reseller	Cannot Proceed with Registration - Order has been registered by other reseller
